For arrivals before 6:00 pm, a member of the YOUR BORDEAUX HOME team will welcome you at the apartment, show you around and give you tips on the city of Bordeaux.
For arrivals after 6:00 pm, you can opt for self check-in by collecting your key from a key box located at the entrance to your apartment. The next day, a member of the YOUR BORDEAUX HOME team will come and see you to make sure everything has gone smoothly.

Standard rate: You can cancel your reservation up to 3 days before your arrival date.
Non-refundable rate: In the event of cancellation, 100% of the reservation amount will be due.
You provided your credit card as a guarantee at the time of booking. We are no longer authorized to take direct debits.
