For arrivals until 8:00 pm you will be welcomed at the apartment by a member of the YOUR BORDEAUX HOME team who will give you a guided tour of the apartment and give you some advice on the city of Bordeaux.
For arrivals after 8:00 pm, we offer self check in with a code box at the entrance of your apartment to get your key. The next day, a member of the YOUR BORDEAUX HOME team will visit you to make sure you have arrived safely.

Free cancellation until 18:00, 3 day(s) before your arrival.
A pre-authorization is made after receiving the reservation to confirm. The pre-authorization is changed to payment 3 days before arrival.
Possibility to cancel without charge up to three days before arrival. After this period, the total amount of the reservation will be due in case of cancellation.
Cancellation conditions applicable to all fares, except special fares specifying particular cancellation conditions.

Children stay free of charge in their parents' room until they are 2 years old.
