For arrivals before 6:00 pm, a member of the YOUR BORDEAUX HOME team will welcome you at the apartment, show you around and give you tips on the city of Bordeaux.
For arrivals after 6:00 pm, you can opt for self check-in by collecting your key from a key box located at the entrance to your apartment. The next day, a member of the YOUR BORDEAUX HOME team will come and see you to make sure everything has gone smoothly.

Standard rate: You can cancel your reservation up to 3 days before your arrival date.
Non-refundable rate: In the event of cancellation, 100% of the reservation amount will be due.
You provided your credit card as a guarantee at the time of booking. We are no longer authorized to take direct debits.

- Centre ville: paid public parking lots are available close to the establishment. - IKO: a free 6-space parking lot is available, subject to availability on arrival
Au Cap-Ferret: a free 10-space parking lot is available, subject to availability on arrival
InArcachon:
- Les Suites Pereire: several free parking zones are open to all users from October 1 to March 31.
- Les Suites du Port: a free 4-space parking lot is available, subject to availability on arrival. Several free parking zones are open to all users from October 1 to March 31.
Children stay free of charge in their parents' room until they are 2 years old.

A 5* apartment in Bordeaux: 4.75€ (per adult per night)
A non-classified apartment in Bordeaux (IKO): the price is calculated according to an algorithm based on the price per night, the length of stay and the number of adults in the apartment

A 5* suite in Cap-Ferret: 2.62€ (per adult per night)
